K-5 Theme Day- A Dr. Seuss Birthday Celebration:
On Tuesday March 2nd, Kindergarten students are encouraged to dress up like a character from a Dr. Seuss book! We will be reading lots of Dr. Seuss books, making crafts, playing games and eating a special snack. Thanks to those of you who volunteered to send in supplies!
Read Across America Book Challenge- During the month of March, Kindergarteners are competing in a friendly challenge! Each week, students are assigned to read 5 books. After they read 5 books in a row, they will mark them and bring it in for a sticker. After they do ALL of the reading challenges, they will receive their picture on the wall of fame! The reading challenge is located in their homework binder.
